Who we are
Fluxify is operated by Felix, based in Terrebonne, Quebec, Canada. This policy explains how fluxify.ca (the "site") handles information when you visit it. For anything about this policy, contact felix@fluxify.ca.
Information we collect
This site does not have a contact form or account system. We don't collect personal information through the site itself unless you choose to give it to us, for example by emailing us or booking a call.
If you accept cookies (see below), we may use them to understand aggregate visitor behavior, such as which pages get viewed. As of this policy's last update, we don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Clicking "Book a call" takes you to an external scheduling tool (Calendly). That step is governed by Calendly's own privacy practices, not this policy. We only receive the information you choose to share with us directly once a conversation starts.
Cookies
A banner asks whether you accept or decline cookies each time you visit. Declining doesn't block access to any part of the site. Your choice applies to your current visit, you may be asked again on a later visit. You can reopen the banner at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Most browsers also let you block cookies directly, though doing so may affect how some sites function. This site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
Where information is processed
Some of the tools we use to run Fluxify may store or process information on servers located outside Quebec or Canada. Where that's the case, that information remains subject to the privacy practices of those service providers.
How we use information
Any information collected is used only to understand and improve how the site works, or to respond to you directly if you've contacted us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access and request correction of personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for collection. To exercise any of these rights, contact felix@fluxify.ca, we'll respond within a reasonable time and at no cost to you.
If you believe your privacy rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for, and take reasonable steps to protect it against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
