Scope of these terms
These terms govern your use of fluxify.ca (the "site"). They don't cover the actual delivery of Fluxify's outbound services, that's governed by a separate signed service agreement between Fluxify and each client, provided directly during onboarding.
What's on this site
This site describes Fluxify's services, pricing structure, and guarantee model, and provides tools like the ROI calculator for illustration. Nothing on this site, including any number, guarantee, or figure shown on the page or produced by the calculator, is a binding offer or contract. A specific guarantee, meeting-count target, timeframe, and price become binding only once documented in a signed service agreement.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse this site and use the ROI calculator for your own estimates. Don't use the site in a way that disrupts it, attempts to access it through unauthorized means, or scrapes it for purposes other than your own reference.
Intellectual property
The Fluxify name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Fluxify. You may reference or link to the site, but not reproduce its design or copy for your own commercial use without permission.
External links
This site links to third-party tools, including Calendly for booking calls. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external sites you're taken to.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fluxify isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site. This doesn't limit any liability arising from a separately signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
